Subscription Service Terms – Celesta
1. General
1.1
These terms govern joining, using, billing, pausing, and canceling the subscription services offered on the Celesta website (the “Company”).
1.2
Joining the subscription service constitutes your full agreement to all of these terms, in addition to the site’s Terms of Use and policies.
1.3
The Company may update these terms from time to time at its discretion.
2. What the Subscription Is and How Billing Works
2.1
The subscription service lets you automatically repurchase Celesta products at a lower price than a one-time purchase.
2.2
The frequency of shipments and charges is set by you when you place your order.
2.3
Your next billing date is shown in the subscription management area and in your order documents.
2.4
You confirm that, as long as the subscription is active, the Company may automatically charge the payment method you provided at sign-up in each billing cycle.
3. Order Creation and Product Delivery
3.1
After each subscription charge, a new order is created automatically.
3.2
The products will be shipped to the address you provided, unless you updated it before the billing date.
3.3
Delivery times follow the Shipping Policy published on the site.
4. Canceling Your Subscription
4.1
The subscription has no commitment. You can cancel it at any time, even before the first billing cycle.
4.2
Canceling the subscription stops all future charges from the moment your request is received.
4.3
You can also pause your subscription at any time, as detailed in Section 5.
4.4
We recommend sending your cancellation request at least 2 business days before your next billing date.
4.5
If a charge is made after you asked to cancel, the charge will be canceled and the amount refunded in full.
4.6
Canceling the subscription applies to future charges. Shipments you have already received are covered by the site’s Refund Policy.
4.7
You can cancel your subscription through your account area on the site or by contacting customer service.
5. Pausing Your Subscription
5.1
You may request a temporary pause of your subscription for up to two months.
5.2
During the pause, no charges will be made and no products will be shipped.
5.3
At the end of the pause, the subscription will resume automatically according to the updated schedule.
6. Refunds and Cancellations After Billing
6.1
Every subscription shipment is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, in accordance with the site’s Refund Policy.
6.2
A charge made before the shipment has gone out can be canceled for a full refund.
6.3
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
6.4
For product returns or other refund requests, the provisions of the site’s general Refund Policy apply, as relevant.
7. Payment Methods
7.1
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method throughout the subscription period.
7.2
The Company may make recurring charges using the payment method provided when you joined the subscription.
7.3
If a charge fails, the Company may try to charge the payment method again or hold the order until payment is settled.
8. Price Changes and Promotions
8.1
The Company may update subscription prices from time to time.
8.2
A price change applies only to future charges.
8.3
The Company may offer special promotions and benefits that do not necessarily apply to subscription customers.
8.4
The subscription discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8.5
The fact that, at a given time, a promotion is offered with a higher discount than the subscription discount does not entitle subscription customers to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.
9. Subscription Cancellation by the Company
9.1
The Company may suspend or cancel a subscription at its discretion.
9.2
In that case, no future charges will be made, and you will not be charged for billing cycles that have not yet been created.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1
These terms and the use of the subscription services are governed by Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law.
10.2
If a dispute arises between the parties, the parties will make a reasonable effort to resolve it through dialogue before turning to the courts.
