1. General This site is owned by CELESTA (the “Company”).
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and any company and/or person who browses and/or uses the site or the information on it (each, a “User”).

Using the site constitutes the User’s agreement to these Terms.
For convenience, these Terms are written in one grammatical gender, but they apply equally to women and men.
Product prices include VAT as required by law.

The Company does not guarantee that all products shown on the site will be in stock.

3. Jurisdiction Your order and these Terms are governed solely by the laws of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Israel.
4. Intellectual Property No part of the site may be reproduced, copied, published, marketed, distributed, and/or used to create derivative works. The site’s domain, the site itself, and all intellectual property displayed on it are the property of the Company.
5. Defective Products and Returns For a product that is defective or doesn’t match the order, as well as for cancellations, returns, and refunds, the provisions of the site’s Refund Policy apply.
6. Privacy The use of customers’ personal information is subject to the site’s Privacy Policy.
